Together with the city council\u2019s IT team, we worked to ensure the user experience was seamless, transparent, and convenient for every resident. Every element \u2013 from the design of the payment modules to data processing \u2013 was developed based on real-world scenarios and user behavior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key features of \u201ce-Ternopil\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The app offers dozens of functions that allow residents to manage daily tasks with just a few clicks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Utility payments<\/strong> \u2013 pay via a single invoice, including meter readings. Over 80,000 readings are submitted through the app every month.<br><\/li><li><strong>Public transport<\/strong> \u2013 the \u201cDeTransport\u201d feature allows users to track routes in real time and view schedules.<br><\/li><li><strong>Transport card<\/strong> \u2013 manage trips, check your balance, and top up without visiting a service center.<br><\/li><li><strong>Fines<\/strong> \u2013 pay traffic violations online quickly and easily.<br><\/li><li><strong>Notifications and appeals<\/strong> \u2013 stay informed about city updates and submit requests directly.<br><\/li><li><strong>Surveys<\/strong> \u2013 engage citizens in decision-making, such as selecting the color of public transport.<br><\/li><li><strong>Business services<\/strong> \u2013 tools for legal entities that save time for entrepreneurs.<br><\/li><li><strong>Doctor appointments<\/strong> \u2013 the next step in expanding the ecosystem.<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Numbers that speak for themselves<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As of 2024, Ternopil has a population of over 225,000, with more than 100,000 active users of the app. Each month, over 80,000 meter readings are submitted online, and utility payments have grown by 15% year-over-year. The total number of transactions has surpassed 1 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UAPAY: a business that sets new standards for digital interaction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UAPAY didn\u2019t just deliver payment infrastructure \u2013 we became a true partner, helping the city think bigger.<br><em>\u201cIt\u2019s important for us that the product feels alive \u2013 constantly evolving with the needs of the community.
