In 2024, the city of Ternopil presented the \u201ce-Ternopil\u201d application, which combined key services for residents on a smartphone.
Today, the community has over 100,000 active users of the application. The UAPAY company was responsible for implementing the payment part. We worked with the IT team of the city council to ensure that the user experience was clear, convenient and transparent for every resident of the community. Everything, from the design of payment modules to data processing, was developed taking into account real usage scenarios.
The mobile application was fully operational in September 2024. It combines dozens of functions:
\u2013 Payment for utilities with the transfer of indicators (over 80,000 per month),
\u2013 Real-time public transport tracking,
\u2013 Online replenishment of the \u201cFina Karta\u201d travel card,
\u2013 Traffic fines \u2013 payment without queues,
\u2013 Notifications about changes in the city and the ability to leave an appeal,
\u2013 Resident surveys \u2013 from the color of buses to choosing development priorities,
\u2013 Business services \u2013 convenient interaction for sole proprietors and companies,
\u2013 And soon \u2013 doctor\u2019s appointments, electronic queues for kindergartens and clubs.
UAPAY became a technical partner for the implementation of the payment part in \u201ce-Ternopil\u201d. The company helped create a service that is not only convenient, but also adaptive \u2013 that is, one that develops along with the needs of residents.
Every month, the application records over a million transactions, and the number of utility payments has increased by 15% per year.
