UAPAY integrates Diia multi-document sharing for OLX merchants

UAPAY has integrated with Diia, enabling OLX merchants to complete onboarding significantly faster and with greater convenience.

From now on, merchants can simply share their documents through the Diia app during registration. The system automatically retrieves passport information (either a Ukrainian ID card or an international passport) and the taxpayer identification number (RNOKPP/TIN), securely stores the data, and automatically populates the relevant fields in the onboarding form. This reduces onboarding time while minimizing the risk of errors associated with manual data entry.

In addition to implementing Diia’s multi-document sharing functionality, several important enhancements have also been introduced:

Document validity checks.
If more than three days have passed since the documents were successfully shared, the system will prevent the merchant from signing the onboarding form. In this case, the merchant must either re-share the documents via Diia or update them manually.

Document management.
Merchants can re-submit their documents through Diia or delete previously shared documents. When documents are removed, the system automatically unlocks the corresponding fields in the onboarding form for manual entry and clears the associated document package.

Improved service reliability.
The system’s technology stack has been upgraded, and end-to-end logging with Trace ID has been implemented for every document-sharing attempt. This enables the support team to identify the root cause of potential issues more quickly and significantly reduces incident resolution time.

The Diia integration marks another step in UAPAY’s commitment to digitizing onboarding processes, improving the partner experience, and ensuring fast, secure, and reliable data exchange.
