For the past three years, UAPAY has been working alongside the Ternopil City Council and Miske Initsiatyvy (City Initiatives) to advance the city’s digital ecosystem. During this time, e-Ternopil has evolved into a comprehensive platform serving more than 180,000 users. UAPAY’s payment infrastructure powers secure and reliable transactions for utility payments, public transport, parking, and a wide range of other municipal services.
In the interview, Yuliia Fedosiuk shares her perspective on why successful digital transformation starts not with technology itself, but with strong partnerships, mutual trust, and a deep understanding of community needs.
