Galina Kozyreva, Chief Product Officer of UAPAY, took part in the panel discussion “The Invisible Side of Fintech: How Techfin Develops and What Key Players Offer”, which took place at the TechFin Expert Summit 2021.
“We focus on process optimization, simplifying the user’s life and making payment processes as easy as possible. For example, in our collaboration with OLX, we have complete control over the payment process from start to finish. Depending on what happens to the invoice, we will either return the money to the buyer or transfer it to the seller, – said Galina.
– I believe that process optimization, fast and high-quality customer service affect consumer interest in services. Customers who experience difficulties with the transaction may cancel the transfer of funds and no longer use a service they do not trust in the future. We support partners and are in communication – it’s important”.
