Can’t pay by card online?
UAPAY explains the reasons for unsuccessful online payments:
➡️ Insufficient funds on your card.
➡️ The card has expired.
➡️ Payment request is not allowed by the payment gateway: most likely your card has CVV code verification disabled.
➡️ The transaction is prohibited by the issuing bank: this is most often due to the blocking of the card for online payments and the set limits. 90% of cards in Ukraine are issued with a limit that prohibits payment via the Internet.
If you have a problem with payment – find out the reason and, if necessary, call your bank.
